Information

Chiba Prefecture is to the east of Tokyo. Reporter Sydney visited there and found that a large bridge over the sea was almost completely packed with people running in a marathon race.

Sydney, who saw the race, realized that the people at the marathon were not just runners, but it was held with the help of many local volunteers. And by coming into contact with all kinds of people, she came to discover even more of the charms of Chiba.

She decided to visit Japan’s biggest fishing port to taste some splendid alfonsino, a high-quality fish. Not only tasting fishes, she also met other tourists there.

The program will examine in detail all the charms of Chiba Prefecture.
Paddy fields shine a golden color under the rays of the sun, abundant blessings from the ocean are landed at the fishing port, and numerous festivals offer traditional Japanese experiences… the prefecture is full of those moments of “Wow!” that will make you want to come to Chiba to see them for yourself.
