This program is a sequel to the Manabi-ya series that ran between April and October of 2011. The new episode features 13 universities in Japan that offer learning environments particularly well- suited to students from abroad. It also presents information on courses offered in English, lodging, assistance by professional staff, and other matters that may be useful for overseas students thinking of coming to Japan.

ASEAN Now and the Future II – Discover New Buena Vista This series involved a new set of partners. It was produced by TV broadcasters in Brunei, Indonesia, the Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand, with advice from visiting program production experts from NHK International in Japan.
