Delivering Sushi to the World

Information
Saiki city in Oita prefecture is located at the mouth of Bungo Suido (the channel between Kyushu and Shikoku Islands). A swift-flowing current from the Pacific Ocean feeds the channel, creating one of the best fisheries in Japan.
The city is famous for its bountiful fish species and is also known well for having many Sushi restaurants in town.
Since the city has not much tourist attraction spots compared to other cities in Oita prefecture and no expressway is connected to Saiki city, they couldn't draw customers from outside for a long time. In recent years, they came up with the idea of delivering their local specialty "Saiki-zushi" nationwide and even to overseas.
The program documents two veteran Sushi chefs taking on a challenge in developing their local specialty that stays fresh and delicious upon delivery overseas.
