Kochi Prefecture, located on the island of Shikoku in southwestern Japan, is a place surrounded by abundant nature. Kochi is also the birth place of many famous Manga cartoonists. In this program a passionate coach and members of an idol group [i☆Ris] showcase the inspiring aspects of Kochi in different ways and learn about the Prefecture.

Our passionate coach, Diamond☆Yukai, a famous rock singer in Japan, along with Miyu Kubota and Azuki Shibuya from the voice actress and idol group [i☆Ris] as reporters, introduces “Manga Koshien” (Manga Championship).
The event has 25 years of history, which high school students from all parts of the country compete through Manga.
Misako Rocks, a comic artist residing in New York, reports the competition from the Championship venue.

Another main report by i☆Ris members is the “Yosakoi Festival”, Kochi’s most famous traditional summer festival. Experiencing the local festival for their first time, how will the reporters find out Yosakoi routines?
