From March 2024, Fukui will be connected to Tokyo via bullet train.
This program explores crafting traditions from beautiful washi paper beloved by artists worldwide to hand-forged kitchen knives that have their roots in the samurai swords of yore and are now used by first-class chefs in and out of Japan.
